Budesonide Capsules and Gas...anyone?

I started taking Budesonide (Entocort) capsules yesterday for cuffitis. Today, I have so much gas. It is killing my stomach and so much air is escaping my body.

Will the gas subside once my body is used to the medication?

The gas did stop and my number of trips to the bathroom decreased...so did the pain.

It is my 6th day on this medicine...we'll see how it goes.

Considering how many surgeries I had and all of the complications...I am doing better. I thought for sure I wasn't going to make it after takedown or have any quality of life. Well, my quality has improved. I am still working towards a better result, but I have improved.

There is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you.

By the way...all you readers...I, too, went to Cleveland Clinic 4 weeks ago to see Dr. Bo Shen. He has enabled me to progress to the next level.
