Hello. I am new to this group, but I have had my jpouch for about 9years. I've had a relatively smooth and positive experience, especially when compared to my life with UC.

Throughout the years, I have occasionally noticed small spots of bright red blood in the toilet bowl, or on the toilet paper after a bowel movement. It always seemed to correlate with instances of needing to strain or push to fully empty. I always bring it up with the doctor during my check-ins or before a pouchoscopy, but they have never expressed concern.

Over the past 4-6 weeks, I have noticed this happening after EVERY bowel movement and I'm starting to worry. I do not have any other symptoms. no pain, no increased frequency, no burning, no stomach aches, no lack of appetite, no cramping, or dizziness, just the blood after using the toilet. Has anyone else here experienced this? what feedback have you received from DRs? I'm due for another pouchoscopy in a few weeks and my plan was to bring it up again then.

Tips welcomed.
