Please do not strain! That is dangerous for us especially. Quite a few folks on here have tried Miralax and that seems to help them. I would suggest maybe oatmeal and Probiotic stuff like Yogurt. A few J-pouchers have told me that sqautty potty works for them too, some people are yay and nay about squatty potty but I hear a few yays lol.

So I'm having the same issues too lately. I can only pass so much before I have to start straining. It's been like this since November of last yr. I have to angle and that causes a whole new mess in my bathroom. My rectum is extremely tight.
Now I also have constant butt burn. And I have no insurance and I have no idea what to do.
