I hope this message finds you all in good health!

Unfortunately the same cannot be said for myself, I have had recurring bowel pain due to bowel adhesions for the past 2-3 weeks, I've suffered from adhesions many a time before and never has it lasted so long! For every bowel adhesion I had before the maximum amount of days the symptoms would persist were 5 days, but for some reason this time the symptoms keep coming and going and i'm quite frightened at what it might be! Is it normal for adhesions to last this long? I'm considering going to the hospital via emergency if this persists any longer unless you tell me this is normal...

I'd appreciate any help and advice I can get.

The adhesions themselves don't come and go. They have a tendency to form after surgery and stick around. They are essentially attachments between the bowel wall and the abdominal wall (or between separate sections of bowel). Normally the bowel should slide around freely, but adhesions can cause a section to twist or get kinked, which can pull or block the free flow of the contents.
