I am at my wits end with this fissure. It is soooo painful. I'm on Diltiazem 3 times a day, hot soaks, trying to slow my output but haven't had much relief. I know these things can take a while but I'm supposed to start work in a week and I have no idea how I'm going to go back feeling this way.

My surgeon has mentioned Botox injections as the next step. Does anyone know what the recovery time for this procedure would be? I'm running out of time. THANK YOU!
