Blood on my stool - J-pouch five years ago

Hi J-pouch gang. I have noticed over the last month or so that I have had blood on my poop. Not a lot but noticeable. I feel fine and get worried that maybe something may be wrong as back when my UC started - it was all about blood in the stool. I have a j-pouch now and also have chronic pouchitis which is treated with Cipro. Do I need to worry or can it just be something like hemorrhoids or a small fissure? I don't know - but it concerns me.

Hemorrhoids are a pretty likely cause. If you’re straining on the toilet that can cause or worsen hemorrhoids. If your stool is too firm that can make you strain more.
