I've had the j pouch of a little over 2 months. Never had any problems regarding blood until yesterday when I was at work I went twice every hour for 3 hours, then at night I noticed a tiny bit of blood but I thought it might of been from a bad rash and nothing serious. But at 4am last night when I whipped I noticed a lot of blood. Should I be concerned?

Blood sometimes happens. If it occurs once-in-a-while there is probably absolutely no reason to worry. Those blood vessels in that area bleed quite easily. I've had bleeding for several days in a row and then it magically goes away.

It could be nothing or a little broken blood vessel or something worse like cuffitis or fissures. If your trips to the loo have increased and/or you have any burning right inside the back door you might want to check it out. That's what led me to my cuffitis diagnoses - blood.
