Blockage- nothing coming out

Never had this in all these years. Thought I has a partial obstruction because of the pain and bloated belly. Heating pad and other methods not working. It's been hours and not even liquid coming out. Usually only liquid with obstruction. Could this be constipation and how do I fix it. Pain and bubble tummy getting worse. Never been constipated. What can I do short of enema, please

Drank some prune juice and some maple syrup. Got some action. Not everything, but hoping relief on it's way. Dr's office said to take Milk of Magnesia and sent hubby to store for it. But then had movement. So..
