Blockage advice

I went to the e.r on Friday morning out of state bc I was working. I had a total blockage a few years ago and I sensed the same thing but wanted to catch it before it went crazy like last time. They had to do emergency surgery last time. Cat scan his time said I have a dilated intestine where a staple is from my stoma area. They discharged me yesterday so I could fly home....I got home last night. Haven't eaten anything since Thursday night. Still bloated but no pain....especially good when I'm sitting or laying down. Should I eat? I get liquid coming from my butt and gurgling noises. What's best advice but still tender in that spot and swollen. I'm terrified if I eat that it will plug up for a total blockage. Ugh

I would suggest liquid only diet for a few days and see how things go.
