So I suspect I have a blockage. My last bowel movement was in the middle of the night last night and based on my potty schedule, I usually am way more frequent than that. I ran into a similar situation a few months ago and drove myself to hospital but it passed while i was waiting. I feel pressure in my tummy and light, light periodic cramping. I had a terrible blockage that required surgery soon after my takedown so I get paranoid when I think of re-living that. Any suggestions on what to do to help it? I ate thinking that would get my gut moving to help it but just read not such a good idea.

Hi Chili, what's really important for you now is to stay hydrated. Maybe drink some white grape juice, or coconut water to try to get things moving. Some people say to drink a carbonated liquid, I've never tried this though. Try some hot liquids. You really shouldn't be eating if you think you have a blockage. Try to firmly massage your abdomen. Important, if you are having severe pain and vomiting it's time to go to the emergency room. I've had a few blockages, and they are no fun what so ever. Good luck. Hope is clears soon.
