Bloated?

was anyone else bloated constantly after their jpouch creation surgery? Surgeon says its not bad but also wants to "watch my jp site drainage" because its still draining 5 days after removal. I actually feel pretty good just wondering if anyone experienced this sort of long lasting bloating? I did have an ileus so that may be why some of it is happening. Just wondering you guys thoughts or experiences?
