Bleeding from Barbie Butt

Hey guys,
Lately I've been having blood when I wipe, it's not coming from anywhere but my butt. I had my j-pouch removed and my bum was sewn shut. I don't really know if I have enough mucous lining to still get cuffitis or a touch of UC in there. Has anyone else had this? I don't think this warrants a visit to the GI but I'm not sure. I haven't felt well lately either but I also have Multiple Sclerosis so it's hard to say what's going on. I haven't been doing anything (sex, biking etc) to injure it.
