Hi All,

Wanted to try something new to help with my pouchitis/cuffitis symptoms.

Seems to be a good prebiotic, I currently take VSL3 but maybe this will help supplement it? and feed the probiotics..

I have not taken that one, but have taken probiotics that include prebiotics (usually inulin or chickory).

For this one, please note that it contains lactose, so if yoy are lactose intolerant, it won't be too useful for you.
