Big toe pain during BM

This isn't a complaint, I'm just wondering if anyone has pain in other areas during BM? During a BM, the side of my big toe on my right foot has searing hot pain. I have no other complaints 6 weeks after takedown. Probably some nerve damage I'm guessing.

Not in my big toe, but I get intermittent pain/numbness and tingling down one leg and my perineal area during a BM. Seems to have more to do with how long I am sitting, but bearing down increases it. But, I also have spinal arthritis with nerve root compression.

Sciatic nerve???? When I am sitting down (you know where) I find that it helps to turn my legs/feet inwards (pigeon-toed)...it relieves the pressure on the nerve and helps reduce the pain if you have it.
