It's not the plastic squeeze bottle. It is a hand-held hose and it needs to be hooked up to your water line. It's installed near the toilet so you can reach it. You can even use it to rinse the toilet, and it's also advertised to spray-rinse baby diapers. You can install yourself or by someone comfortable with simple plumbing, or hire a plumber.
