Hi, I have been trying to eat more healthy and increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables. Really it is the vegetables I have been trying to eat more of, I always did pretty good with fruit.
I was wondering since we see a lot of the vegetables come out in the same form as they went in, do we really get the nutritional benefit? This seems to be the case more so for things like spinach, kale, and other leafy greens as well some lentils/beans.
Any time I talk to a nutritionist about the pouch I really seem to have more information than they do. Maybe others out there have spoken to nutritionists with more pouch specific expertise.
