BCIR with pouchitis

Hello everyone! I had what is called a BCIR pouch constructed for me by Dr Ernest Rehnke at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in St Petersburg, FL. Dr Rehnke has since retired and I have moved to Arizona. I am looking for a good experienced doctor who I can see for GI and pouch related issues. It turns out that the Mayo Clinic right here in Scottsdale will not accept my insurance, so I will need to look outside of their physicians.
