I think you've done enough. Next time, when you want to explain to the staff, make it clear you have NO colon, so there is no colon to clean out. Also, be sure to give feedback to your doctor about making sure that he gives customized prep instructions when he orders these tests!

Why are you having this test for are you having with blockages ?.

No I have at least two fistulas and they are checking to see if they are healing.

I am in here waiting for it to begin and the doctor doing the test comes in and says "ok can you show me this pouch thing?" When i tell him its on thr inside he says "so you dont have a colon at all?" I said no and he rolled his eyes and said I have to have a colostomy then or I would be experiencing "dumping". They are calling someone else in.... i don't know if I should run or try to explain.

RUN RQUN RUN. Obviously this what ever he is has no clue.  You have to have a doctor who is knowalable in j-pouches. Do not let him touch you!

 

The radiologist is not competent to perform this procedure (presumably a pouchogram) on you. I agree with the suggestion that you run. I'm sorry - this is quite a nuisance.
