Re: Banatrol

Have any of you taken Banatrol to add bulk to your output? My primary care physician recommended that I try it, and my surgeon agrees. I ordered some via Amazon and should receive it soon. My surgeon suggested I try it without Metamucil but if that doesn't help, to add back Metamucil once or twice daily. Still trying to find a local Banatrol source in Portland, OR in case any of you live here and use it. Thanks and an early happy Thanksgiving to the Yankees among us.

Hot regular (not instant) oatmeal works for me. For the opposite "problem" an apple a day.......... I have also used Metamucil successfully. Best wishes!
