Bananas are generally highly praised among jpouchers, but along with apples, I read that both apples and bananas have sorbitol, a type of sugar alcohol that has the potential to cause gas.
I love bananas, and apple slices with peanut butter is always a good snack of mine as well, but I'm concerned that it may be causing me extra gas that I don't notice as its in my daily diet. Does anyone else have problems with sorbitol/bananas/apples?
