I have been noticing since I've been in the trial and error phase of food intake since my takedown 2 weeks ago; that two foods in particular are very helpful in keeping my intestines happy and they are bananas and yogurts.. My question is I can't really seem to find an actual meal dish yet that doesnt cause some sort of aggrivation. I don't mind having bananas and yogurt for snacks but since I'm slowly regaining my appetite I'd like to know what kind of foods helped you during your recovery and which foods were irratating. I had a piece of lasagna the other night and boy did I pay for it. I know my pouch was very displeased with the red marinara sauce. I know everything is trial and error but any advice would be greatly appreciated
