bad sore on my skin

Hi all. I have a quite a bad sore almost looks like an ulcer beside my stoma. I am not sure how to heal it. need help now, it is getting worse! I don't have any wafer on right now just trying to let some air at it. It has been 5 weeks of this and my extra mural nurse doesn't know what to do. She tries but nothing works.

Can you see a specifically trained ostomy nurse? They have much more knowledge and experience for helping.
