I am bleeding and am in constant pain. So I'm going to see Vickie tomorrow assuming remzi will come in Bc he said if I get worse to go to the er and be transferred up. I just don't think it's normal to haw constant pain. Am I wrong?

You are not wrong, unless you were told to expect it. Sometimes it is the case, but, I would think that Dr. Remzi would have warned about it. Of course pain is one thing but PAIN is another!

No I wasn't told to. My pouch is perfect quote from dr. Shen but why am I in pain and blood? I just hope I get answers. And Vickie is caring not accusing 
You may have a perfect pouch, but those setons can be a real bugger from what I have been told. Since you have experience with these things, I think you can trust your instincts on what is normal and what is not. Good luck!
