Quick question for people with permanent ileos: how many times per day do you need to empty your bag?

Anyways it depends on how much of your small intestine ends up being gone after your jpouch is removed, what you eat and drink, what size bag you wear.
I think the standard answer the docs and ostomy nurses shoot for is about 5 or 6 or about how many times you pee. Im at about 10 because i wear a midi size bag(which i love) and I EAT ALMOST ANYTHING I WANT!!!

6-8 But I could wait longer sometimes before I empty.
Widely varies based on what I eat, if I use Immodium, if I"m really busy. Generally maybe 4-6 times a day. But if I take Immodium and am busy, I can go 6 hours or more without emptying. It was more in the beginning. Over time I noticed it became less. But really, with how much I drink to stay hydrated, I pee a lot, and if I'm already in the bathroom, I usually just empty whatever is in the bag then. So I don't really pay attention...
I empty 5-6 times a day, including once at night, and "burp" the bag once or twice.
