just wondering has anyone tried the larger volume enemas to clean out before pouchoscopy, obviousily filling it with warm tap water and discarding the fleet saline enema provide inside
im going for an afternoon scope starting at 2pm for a 1 pm hospital arrival. if i dont do enemas the office said 7 capfuls split the night before of miralax and 7 capfuls the morning of the afternoon scope the day. thats about a quart of miralax i guess in total.
whenever i did miralax i never split it into two days, i drabk it every 10 to 15 mins the night before the day of procedure. this is my first afternoon scope in 22 years with a pouch
im obsessing over it, but i need to be clean high upstream for the endoscopic ablation procedures hes doing, my gastro...either endoscopic mucoal resection submucosal resection or theram ablative therapy with the pouchoscopy and upper endscopy.
please imput advice, scope is 2/29
