has anyone ever tried taking this for inflammation?

My mom chugged galons of the stuff for weight loss in the 70's and again later on in life for inflamation due to post polio and another inflamatory disease...no real difference but she said that it didn't hurt her any either...

I have tried it on a few occasions and it did nothing beneficial for my pouch. However, it is great for indigestion - cures it immediately but it sure does make you pucker.
It's a key ingredient in many probiotic beverages on the market, the reason being that the acidity makes the intestinal tract less hospitable for bad bacteria which potentially causes inflammation. It's also used to treat warts.
Internally or externally? for the warts that is?

Externally- I have used it on warts on my skin and it is very effective. Using a cotton ball soaked in vinegar and applied to the wart or taped to the wart for a period of time is how it is done. It is one of those home remedies that can be used on smaller warts to save you the time and expense of a trip to the dermatologist who will likely apply liquid nitrogen. Both treatments are slightly painful, the vinegar moreso depending on the location of the wart.

I was much more aggressive in the amount of vinegar I used than the woman in this video.

I know a woman who used it for inflammation due to RA. She drank copious amounts of it. Apple cider vinegar had no diminishing effects on her arthritis.

Some people say that it is good for the mineralisation of the skeleton...don't know if it is true but I am sure that we can google it! (I use lemon juice for the same thing...its the acidity that does the trick)

Suebear, good to see your still coming on. Where's Kathy and connie and the old timers? I hardly come on myself as I don't have any pouch issues so am not much help to the ones that do.
