Hi everyone -- I'd like to track my foods, meds and symptoms in a more organized way than I have in the past. I've noticed there are a number of g.i. symptom apps and am wondering if anyone has a recommendation. Thank you!

I would honestly keep a journal.
There seems to be an app for everything. Hopefully someone is aware of one to help track food/symptoms etc and look for connections.
I use the app "Lose It". It was designed as a weight loss app, but I use it to gain, lose or maintain weight as needed. It is a food, water, exercise and weight tracker. I record food, beverages, water daily, exercise amount and type, record my weight. There is a place to make notes where you can enter your G.I. info.
Maybe we should invent an app for people with j-pouches....
Thanks. Currently using a spreadsheet. I found some gi apps but they do didn’t have enough slots for multiple poops/day ( lol). We should invent one.
I will ask my son-in-law if he know of any classes where students need to invent an app as part of their educational requirements. If he knows of something, I will let you know! Unfortunately, I don't know beans about the coding required to invent that kind of app or I would go for it.
A spreadsheet sounds like a good idea - you can customize it to your needs.
