Hello all - I’ve been on Stelara for about a year and my chronic pouchitis has been much improved, but I have a feeling it’s starting to fail.

I poked around to find out what might be on the horizon and found a website for Evinature.  It appears to be a custom made herb kit and yes, I am skeptical.  Anyone here heard of it or tried it? Thanks.

I looked it up because I hadn't heard of it either.  It looks legit, but I wonder about their formulations.  One size does not fit all.  If it's not expensive, it doesn't seem like it would hurt to try it.  I would also look for more information that they give to help empower you to find what each of the ingredients do, where to get them, etc., so you could try items one at a time.  There may be one or two ingredients that aren't right for you but if you aren't able isolate them and stop the product because of that, you'd be throwing the baby out with the bathwater.  I would ask them how the product you're interested in interacts with Stelara, too, since you might not want to just quit that.  It is recommended that with any treatment, a person would plan to come off it gradually so as to avoid shocking the system and triggering a relapse.  Maybe talk to your naturopath or osteopath about this.  The allopathic doctor probably won't know much if it's not a pharmaceutical.
