anybody else?

The pressure youre feeling is normal I still have it after 8-9 weeks post take down. It is uncomfortable and makes you feel like you have to rush to the bathroom all the time to empty. I also experience it the most around dinner and bedtime I think because its your least active time of the day and everything is starting to settle. I take a couple a trips close together before bed and sometimes 1-3 trips in the middle of the night. I've mk noticed the longer I hold it the better off I am because it reduces the amount of bathroom trips and when I do go and let it out it empties quicker and easier. It is going to be very uncomfortable until the pouch starts expanding to hold more waste. I know you've had yours longer then me but I've read about many pouchers at the year mark that have the same issues. I don't think you have anything to worry about. About the sex thing are you having a hard time getting an erection? What type of sexual issues are you havung? I've had no issues getting erection and I make sure that I toss it around a little bit to make sure that hasn't changed ha ha. The only thing I've had trouble with is just the drive to want to have sex or even think about it because I'm still trying to get used to the new plumbing and my mind is on that most of the time. One day I just got the urge unfortunately it was only me there to pleasure myself but I found out that day that everything worked just fine.

My non-scientific opinion: I think the pressure is your small bowel still moving like a small bowel (peristalsis). Once your body figures out that part of your bowel is different now, the pressure should stop.
