Any similar experiences?

First, here is everything that has happened in the past couple years (I go to Cleveland Clinic):

December 2011: Colon removed
January 2012: Hernia repair and stomach ulcer perforation sugery
June 2012: Twisted bowel fixed
January 2013: J-pouch created
February 2013: Rectal abscess
May 2013: Stoma revision due to strictures
June 2013: Rectal Abscess

Basically, I had two holes in my pouch. When I got my drain out from my abscess last month my surgeon cut out the section of tissue that contained the holes and created a new wall to the pouch. I find out August 23rd if my pouch is making any progress as far as healing. Anyone have something like this done before?
