Anal Stenosis option J pouch

Ive just had a perforated rectum where ive now have a tempory Colostomy (bowel rest) due to infection clear when eventually i will get a ileostomy.

I suffer from UC and have had Anal Stenosis which dr said was due to inflammation.

Has anyone ever successfully had a j pouch prior to having stenosis, i know there a surgical options for stenosis (anonplasty, sphincterotomy) balloon dialation, maybe try these before going for J pouch

I know there is a BCIR option but i would rather have the chance to try the J pouch first if thats a possible option.
