Anal skin breakdown

Hello

I have seen multiple posts about skin products for the butt burn and skin breakdown that is part of the j pouch surgery. I’ve tried different options like desitin and other zinc containing products. They seem to work but they stain my clothing and it’s very hard to get out.

Has anyone had success with ointments that don’t stain clothing? Or have suggestions for getting the desitin stains out of my clothes?

my other question is whether some of you are able to do without any ointment and use other remedies to keep your skin healthy like bidets

thanks so much, this has been a struggle for a few years and I honestly don’t know what else to do
