I did kegel exercises constantly up until my takedown. I didn't have leaking issues during the day or night. Since then I've became slack on doing those exercises and also I've been eating whatever I want so I do occasionally get leaking at night but never during the day.

To control it at night I try not to eat after 6 or 7 PM and I eat something I know will digest slowly (meats and whatnot) four or five Imodium and no alcohol. Even still I leak, but it is only a little so it doesn't bother me much as I buy the Depends men guards and wear boxer briefs at night. And problem solved...sorta. lol
