Hey guys! I have an internal anal fissure and I need help helping it on its way to healing. I’ve tried several creams and ointments but with my IBS it’s really hard to keep things soft. It hurts all of the time. Help?

I am sorry you are going through this. I would reach out to the doctor either colon surgeon or gastro.
Thanks. We’re gonna try nitroglycerin to see if that eases the pain so that I don’t have to tiptoe around my IBS as much.

Your welcome, keep us updated
I only had pain when something got stuck in the fissure. Try cleaning after toilet with a water jet / shower, that should ease things.
