I agree with Scott. Nighttime incontinence is the first sign of pouchitis that isn't being treated. In my case I only get it very rarely and it disappears quickly with low dosage coupling of cipro and flagyl (in my case) and either or in most others.

I second all the above answers and add to this….when everything is working as it should and I don’t stop eating at a certain time at night- this will happen. Usually stop eating 3-4 hours before bedtime. Eating all my calories in an 8-10 hour window and then resting my intestines the remainder of the time is a must for me too. I truly hope you figure out your system.
