A twist in the pouch

Is anyone familiar with a twist in the pouch. I just receive a pouchoscopy and doc said I have a twist in my pouch. What, if any, is the treatment/ remedy for this dandy gem of an issue ? Any, and all help would be appreciated !

If you’re doing okay then you can ignore it. Fixing it requires pouch revision surgery, best done by a very experienced surgeon.
