I think I found something that helps thicken my stool and take away urges/frequency.

1. I started drinking Bigelow I love lemon herbal tea...It has rose hips, lemongrass, other lemon flavors, and mint in it. I found that my pouch seems to LOVE this tea.

2. I began taking 2 pro-biotics a day...the VSL#3

I don't know if it's the combo of the higher dose of pro-biotics with the tea or just the tea. Does anyone else have something specific that helps the pouch? Also, anything about lemon or rose hips that's supposed to be good for the intestines?
