Congratulations...major, Congratulations...you are an excellent example of what people can do if they set their minds to it...and probably a hero to more than 1 future J poucher. You show that a j pouch is not an end but just a detour to a world of possibilities...thanks.

That said (and I always play the devil's advocate...just my nature), beware.

Time has a funny way of changing anatomy so if you feel pain down there....slow down or stop...pointless to risk your pouch's life over a lift.

That's great.  Very impressive lift  I don't move anywhere near that weight, but I do still get 3-4 full body push-pull routines and a leg day in weekly.  I think physical stress is good for the health of a J-pouch, and 2.5 years with mine and zero problems.  Sometimes I ask myself if my current situation is better than what it was pre-diagnosis.
