Hello to all i was for scopy duodenum and pouch
In pouch i have hemorrhoid can because i have hemoroid to have some time pain in ass..and stools are watery?
And in duodenum doctor says is diseppear some polyps in duodenum.and have small pools about 0,5.. And he made biopsy one polyps ...and i ask why don't remove he says they are small and we are in control everything is controlled good not need is good this because we don't remove only check them and says all is in control..no need surgery whipple you are with low grade tubular dysplasya only to check them every year to check stomach and duodenum..is good to check or to say to remove polyps he don't want to remove only check because says is low grade and they are controlled good he says live your life everything is good .but my lipase was high i say to him but he checked pancreas says no damage and no polyps big they are small

your dr should be removing those polyps not telling you they’re ok
polyps increase in size and quantity with our disease
I’m facing a total gastrectomy for carpeting in the stomach and I too have some polyps in the duodenom
the greater the polyp in size the more likely it is to become dysplastic
honestly I’d be shopping for a new gastrointerogist
one who agrees that he should be proactive as progressive with your polyps
fap disease is a monster
by the way did your daughters test turn out negative for fap gene?

Hello I read now my history (epicrisis about octomber i was in hospital 02.10.2024) and was wrote that i have Fundic gland Polyps 4 polyps size 0.2mm small.. i read that fundic gland polyps are because i drink for acids medicaments proton pump inhibitor (ppi) - Nexium is because i drink i make more polyps and are this polyps like adenoma what is the diffrent beetwen them and says that i have hyperplastic polyps in pouch what is this meaning of hyperplastic?
three years i check and 2023 2024 2022 the polyps in the duodenum are size 0.8mm Is this good because the doctor dont remove for now...he says they low magnetic risk
