hey folks,

i find im bleeding by dripping a little in the toilet water sometimes not every bowel movement when i go to poop.  othertimes its smeared.embedded within my incontinence pad with i my briefs. sometimes the blood is within the stool.

i have had ketchup mistakingly/stupidingly when im obviously still healing but i find also when i didnt eat something wrong theres tmes of some bleeding?

obviously ive no rectal cuff anymore and the dilemma of polyps should be diminished/gone since the pouch is lowered into the anal canal and now sewn to the anus in the around 2 hours operation i had.

i see my surgeon on june 20th after a cat scan. will a cat scan of abdomen and pelvis pick up on jpouch irritation/bleeding?

is the mucosa excision of jpouch just moe sensitive now without a rectal cuff and its easy for things to bleed?

i dont get any more chances with my pouch after this, and suffered a peri rectal absess while in thehospital which prolonged my stay with ileus as well.

im facing gastrectomy, total in july sometime..the consult is june 20th and followup after cat scan of abdomen/pelvis on june 14

please any advice/wisdom appreciated. im just stupid for messing with ketchup but its 8 am now an di just bleed a bit and havent had the ketchup in hours.

breakfast was a burrito breakfast wrap which didnt have any spice to it or in it so i have no clue as to why im bleeeding. without a rectal cuff we dont have hemmorroids?  is this a stitch bleed over a month out?
