Hey has anyone tried this new digestive enzyme product called "Fodzyme"?  I just ordered some because other digestive enzymes seems to help reduce gas, bloating, etc., at least for me.  I got it because of the "Fructan" thing they're talking about.  Couldn't find that enzyme in other products.  This is copied from their website (https://care.fodzyme.com/en-US...BD6RC97CW1MM8ETC03G7):

FODZYME works on foods that contain fructan, GOS, and lactose! These foods contain short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly and some people experience digestive distress after eating them. FODZYME allows you to eat more of these foods without repercussions.
Fructan and GOS
Almonds, Artichoke, Baby spinach, Banana, Beans, Beetroot, Blueberries, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage (red and savoy), Cashews, Chickpeas, Cranberries, Dates, Figs, Garlic, Grapefruit, Leek, Lentils, Onion, Peas, Pistachios, Pomegranate, Raspberries, Roma Tomatoes, Scallion, Shallots, Silken tofu, Wheat, Zucchini
Lactose
Buttermilk, Cheese, Queso Fresco, Cottage cheese, Cream, Creamy cheeses, Custard, Goats cheese, Haloumi, Ice-cream, Kefir, Milk, Paneer, Quark cheese, Ricotta cheese, Sour cream, Yogurt

I think it does help with things like garlic and onions.  It doesn't eliminate gas (for me), but I think the food gets more processed because upon exit, it looks much less like it did when I ate it. It also helps digest beans and cruciferous veggies as well as dairy.  Depending on how much of those kinds of things are in the dish, I apply more or less.

Also what helps me a lot: generic beano and "Now Plant Enzymes."  And they're way cheaper.  I guess the main thing is to look at what items are difficult to digest and get the matching enzyme.  Fodzyme is the only one that has an enzyme to help digest fructan, so far, because they created that.  That's the stuff in garlic and onions and in a number of other foods.
