Since I am now on Medicare, Xifaxin is not covered. As we all know, the price is not one most of us can pay. My concierge doctor hooked me up with Israel Pharmacy. I just ordered, for the 2nd time, 56 doses of 550 strength. The price? One hundred seventy-two dollars. I have used up the first 56 and I see no difference from the stuff I got from insurance. The name in Israel is Hepazek.  The pharmacy is prompt and professional. I am now ordering another med from them that saves me about 250.00 a year over what I would pay with insurance.
