I’ve had both before, a full obstruction and 2 partial. I think I have one now but not sure- had pretty severe stomach pain all day- to the point where it feels like someone is pinching me. It hurts to stand up/walk straight. Laying down is much better, heating pad helps. I usually go to the bathroom 12-15x per day but today I’ve gone twice and I’ve had to really bear down. I haven’t had any appetite but tried to eat some crackers this morning- oh bc I threw up. I thought it was just taking ny medicine on an empty stomach but the pain started shortly after that.

Idk what else the pain could be. I don’t want to call my doc bc they’ll want imaging and that rarely shows anything and then it’s a waste of time and money. Not sure if I should stick it out at home or when/if I call the doc. At this point I couldn’t sit at the table for dinner or tuck my kid into bed bc it hurt to stand up..

Usually once an obstruction has you vomiting it's time to get medical help, but generally it would start hurting before vomiting if backed up intestinal contents had caused the vomiting. In any case, if you can't keep fluids down you're on the clock, and will need IV fluids before too long. If your pee gets dark then you're getting dehydrated.
