I’ve had my J pouch for 12 years after installation at Mayo by Dr. Cima. Diagnosed with prostate cancer 3 years ago and prostatectomy by Dr Karnes at the Mayo. Rising PSA and PSMA MRI reveal metastatic prostate cancer that has been treated by one cryoablation near a lump node at Mayo. And started ADT Last December, and the symptoms are too intense to continue much longer. I am considering radiation and ADT therapy to eradicate the disease and get off ADT.

Has anyone undergone radiation post prostatectomy with healthy J Pouch?

Although my surgeon is dead set against radiation should I ever get a diagnosis of PC, someone posted here a while back that they had successfully undergone radiation with a jpouch.

A product call SPACE OAR, which is a hydro-gel was injected btw the prostate and jpouch to shield the the pouch from the radiation.

if you do a search, you should find the thread.
