Hi All, I had sigmoidoscopy today only had this as they were doing a gastroscopy for reflux and suggested I do scope too.
I have ulceration throughout the pouch and was surprised as last time I had pain and incontinence. Only thing I do realize is I have been very fatigued ;can fatigue be a symptom from the ulceration ?

Ulcers can slowly bleed, and that can cause anemia (and fatigue). We can also become fatigued more generally from chronic illness/inflammation. Good luck getting the ulceration under control.

Hey Jacqueline. I wanted to ask what did your Dr suggest to do about the ulcers?. During my recent s.scope my Dr mentioned I had some ulcers but I wasn't given any treatment.
Dr Shen always told me some ulceration along the suture lines are normal and he never mentions it on the pouchoscopy report.
