It's my two year anniversary and I'm doing alright .I just go normally at the toilet with toilet paper and no wet wipes or bidet .I don't use Metamucil but I take a healtheries men's probiotic with 2 loperide and a 1000mg vitamin C with euchinasia.I go about 6-8 times in 24 hours.I go to the gym but don't do any heavy standing up lifting just mostly sitting weightmachines.I struggle with weight loss as I eat no veges mainly fish and chips or chicken and rice with scollaps,eggs and  lemon squeezed off my two lemon trees which I think help with digestion,I have weetbix with peaches and almond milk for breakfast with coffee and a bread roll with Marmite and butter for lunch.I work up to 6 days a week but take all my sick leave as I get tired after a while.I drink beer .Doing  good,hope this continues hope everyone else is doing good.

Just chop your veggies in small pieces, throw away the hard fibrous parts, and then cook them very well. They will get very soft, and become easy to digest. For example, I buy those bags of crunchy salads that people eat raw, with cabbage, brussel sprouts etc, which are usually chopped into very small pieces, add some water and slow cook those salads until they are very soft and eat them with the salad toppings. Healthy people eat them as salads, I eat them as well cooked vegetable dishes.
