Hello to everyone. I have been on this sight long ago. I can't tell you much it helped me with understanding my J-pouch surgery in 2010. It was the best thing I did. It helped me in every way. I am having problems. I was on VSL#3ds for many years. They stopped giving it to me, I guess because of my age. I cannot afford to buy it. It is very expensive. I am having problems and I am reaching out for an alternative to help me with my pouch. If you have any info to get me back to a better place I would appreciate. Sorry, I have been looking around too and can't find a cheaper alternative.
I can get VSL3 / VisBiome / Vivomix all at £45 for 30x 450B CFU. There are many others that actually work out much more expensive per billion CFU, e.g. Klaire Labs. In fact, looking at the price per billion CFU, the three above are the cheapest that I can find. I would also be interested in cheaper.
