I have rectum pain since 2012. I have a j pouch. It is a burning/spasms up inside my rectum. It hurts so bad I cry. They say it’s not pouchitis but I can’t stand the pain if I don’t take cipro. I have found no one who can help me. Anyone out there can help me??

I have done Calmoseptine and it works for me. Maybe it might work for you?

Google “Levator Ani Syndrome” and see if the symptoms apply to you. Take the page to your doctor and ask about it.
