9 years Jpouch had a bad sinus cold for past month with lots of yellow mucus diarrhea. Still have water stool but now there is light red blood colored started today. I have had anal muscle soreness for several days now also.

Are you taking an antibiotic for the sinus infection? Yellow mucous means you need an antibiotic to get rid of it - it won't go away on its own. I'm not sure about the reddish color in your stool, but perhaps if you get some meds for the sinus infection it would clear it all up.
No Meds yet went to regular doc and he referred me out to GI.
BUt now I have anal pain and some mild cramps when I realize I need to go to bathroom. Pain is inside and is painfull when i pass gas.
GI is booked up for over a month, so i am trying to catch a cancelation appointment.
Get occult blood stool test from doctor. Suggest CBC to check for any change in blood chemistry for red blood cells.
