Do you have a certain meal that you have for dinner if you want your pouch on its best behavior the next day?mine is mild butter chicken with rice and 10 mg of psyllium husk half hour before.Ive been having it alot lately and I have a huge bm in the morning then nothing for up to 12 hours.chicken burgers seem to work as well as long as the skins removed,pork sausages with the skins removed are good too.
